Covid-19 Trading

Update 18/05/2020: Please read;

With social distancing requirements currently unchanged. We will continue to offer a delivery only service for all customers. Moving forward our top priority is the safety of our staff and customers, as it has been throughout.

Moving forward we will reinstate a collection service for Account holding customers only from Tuesday 19th May. This service will then be available Monday - Friday between 9:00 - 14:00. All account holders looking to take advantage of this service must report to the Service Point before loading. All customers are reminded to respect our staffs and each others social distance and remain at least two meters from all staff and other customers.

Any non-account holders entering Southill Sawmills contrary to above guidelines will be asked to leave and service will not be forthcoming. Please respect our safety and yours!!

Currently delivery lead times are between three and four weeks, we are endeavouring to improve this situation.

We remain closed on Saturdays at this time.


We are currently only able to offer a delivery service under current restrictions. This has lead to extremely high demand on our delivery abilities. Please be advised that our delivery lead times are currently around 3 weeks from order and getting longer. We are proceessing as many orders as possible as quickly as possible, so please bear with us while we organise booking your delivery in, it may take us a couple of days to get in touch.

There are currently no collection facilities at the Sawmills itself, so please to do not travel to us.

Our opening hours remain Monday to Friday 7:30 am until 17:00 pm, we will however be closed on Saturdays and Bank Holidays.
